Closing the left panel item with a click on entire heading (not only on the close icon)#84

Currently to Close a visual item in left panel we have to click on close icon and I think this makes the workflow slow.
So I want to Suggest that make closing function like Opening (expanding) function and make it possible to close it too with clicking on entire heading section.

Hi @Hosi Khan, the close icon will remove the settings. We will keep the sections non-colapsable as it would be hard for users to navigate and to understand which values are set on those properties.
