Add OnStart, onComplete and onRepeat callbacks to motion.page#83

This would be fantastic to integrate custom code along with our animations.

Hi @Sung Yong Kim , you can already do that with custome code field for both From/To and ScrollTrigger.

@Sung Yong Kim you have to use advanced code field.
