hide motion.page from dashboard-list#65

Currently, the motion.page link is shown in the hover-context below each post/page-title. I understand, that this may be comfortable for some users, but in my case I build sites for clients and want to keep the dashboard as uncluttered as possible. The motion.page Link should not be visible to my clients, please remove it asap or at least provide an option to show or hide it from the list of pages
