Custom Permalink Support#109

It seems crazy to me that Motion.Page will only work with permalinks set to Page Name. There’s got to be a better way to keep track of the connections. Maybe a filter could be provided at least to support custom permalinks.

Hi, custom permalinks should work fine. It only does not work with Plain parmalinks due to how REST API works.
