Draggable Slider#102

When using the interface, there are often times I’d like to drag a percent of an animation type, rather than have to put in a specific number to test where I want it to be. For example, Photoshop has these feature in their character panel. This would slightly speed up worktime and help find the exact % you’re looking for instead of guessing. Hope I explained Well enough.
